Vintage copper handmade pitcher.

It has a low wide belly, a long flared neck, a pie crust spout, a sweeping hook shaped handle and is decorated with Egyptian style designs. 

The base is inscribed with the number 9 and the letter R.

It was skillfully made by artisans in in the Middle East, probably Egypt in the 1960s.

I would advise that this pitcher should only be used as a vase or for display. Not food safe.

A lovely pitcher that lends a well traveled, old world ambience to your decor.

It clearly has seen better days but looks all the better for it! There are signs of corrosion and tarnish especially inside the spout and the handle has a slight ding on it. Refer to photos. All in all, in fairly good vintage condition.
